My Story
My name is Rob. I've been weight training for over 30 years and have hit some nice heavy lifts in my time. Well I had plenty of muscle and strength, I always had a little extra hanging around. Over the past couple of years I've made it a priority to get my nutrition on point. This has resulted in getting into the best shape I've ever been in while being in my mid 40s.
Personally seeing the results that can be had even as one approaches middle age inspired me to get my personal trainer certification. This is something I always wanted to do. However, I also wanted to look the part.
Now I want to inspire others, whether they’re old or young, to see that results are possible. It also doesn’t require you to be in the gym all day. This site is dedicated to helping you become a new and improved you.
